Europe (Erasmus)

  • The Erasmus Program: Within Europe, you may study at one of the universities with which the Department of Economics maintains a partnership within the framework of the Erasmus program. As a program of the European Union it promotes the mobility of students and lecturers, as well as the cooperation between European universities. As an Erasmus student, you receive a monthly grant from EU funds. >> More about Erasmus
  • Partner universities: The Department of Economics currently maintains exchange relations with more than 30 universities in 16 countries. A list with all of our partner universities and separate information on each university can be found here.
  • Application: For studying at one of our partner universities, you have to apply in due time at the International Programs Office of the Department of Economics. For more information about the application procedure please refer to  >> Erasmus Application.
  • After nomination: If your application for a placement has been successful, there are some deadlines and important forms to submit. There are also a few things to keep in mind during and after your stay. More information and a checklist as well are available here.
