We hope you have enjoyed your stay abroad and arrived back at home safely with lots of new experiences and friends.

Last but not least, there are a few more formalities that you should consider:

Please send or upload your Experience Report, Confirmation of Stay and Learning Agreement to the EU office/Mobility Online.

Procedure for approval of your credits abroad:

If you want to have a course approved, please fill out the form (electronically) and send it together with your transcript of records to Mr. Minter as PDF by e-mail:

• Please note that a form has to be filled in for each course.
• The approval of BOK courses is done by the ZfS. This also applies to language courses. Since the ZfS has a very strict "module framework" please consult the ZfS website or contact the ZfS directly if necessary.
